Keeping Well

Neurodivergent people have distinct strengths and may also experience challenges that vary in nature and impact. These can change over time, leading to different support needs across a person’s lifetime. Without timely and appropriate support, neurodivergent people may face poorer long-term outcomes.

Services, therefore, need to provide timely support to help people understand any possible neurodivergent traits and develop practical strategies and tools to manage them. When these supports are in place, people are better able to navigate daily life and achieve positive outcomes.

This module shares examples of commissioned support for neurodivergent people across the life course and at different points within relevant pathways.
